wow, nearly two months since I posted here. things have been progressing, a bit. I have a reasonable quote on holding together those charming stone walls, and I've sold the place in town I needed to sell to get the deposit. but I'm also finishing a renovation of my own home (and learning a lot in the process), so Yapeen has faded into the background a little. In seven weeks, it's mine, all mine, and we'll see just how my grand ideas translate into reality.

I'm also rather chuffed that I appear to be #1 on Google for "Yapeen". Yes, I know there's not much competition. but it's still nice.
