some info came through from the heritage study: the pub used to be the Miners' Arms. it last had a licence in 1897.

the pub is probably going to be covered by a local heritage overlay. not as if it isn't clearly jam packed full'o heritage.

it's also available for rent again, if anyone's interested. tenants are still there, so no peeking through the windows!
