well, it looks like people actually want to rent my pub and stay there! the ad has only gone into the writers' centre magazine - I figured I'd get the quieter types that way - and I now have the desirable problem of people booking back-to-back and trying to book over each other's stays.

this means of course that I have a cleaning/key problem, and will have to make special trips up there. what I need is a local person to be a keyholder and to do an hour or so's cleaning between tenants...
